I'm a big fan of your alternate universe pics, I think they show off great creativity and express some fun ideas, and this one is no exception. I know that this was a commission but I still give you credit for the idea simply because you've been doing the Other Characters as Star Sapphires thing for a while now and that experience shows itself in this pic with how well you did her design.
The first thing to point out is, as I said, her design. You were able to combine the concept and theme of the Star Sapphire costumes with the Scarlet Witch's own look very well, especially with the mask, I think that is the best example of how smoothly you merged these ideas together.
This is also an excellent example of how to draw the female figure. It matches the look of the series you took the character from, but you made her look a tad more realistic and less cartoonish than she does in the show. And the way you have her arms and face posed are very well done, very true to how the human body would be posed.
And I should compliment you on the use of lighting. I love how you had the light reflecting of her hair to show the waves in it, and how you used it in her mask to create the dimensions and shape of it. This combined with everything else I mentioned makes this a very strong design, well done.
...i hate the Star Sapphire costumes... So it really says something that I think you managed to combine it with elements of Wanda's original costume to make this awesomeness
